This is my entry for Arsillyd's contest.
 enter it if you can (Deadline august 1 '09) I know it's not very good in fact its nothing new or gr8. its just mediocre. I'm not a great artist. I'm just happy n content that i.. gave it a go! The character that arsillyd has penned out , it's just amazing. Trying to draw it made me appreceate the art more than i did. It took a great effort for me to draw this amazing and detailed creature. It took a whole A4 sized sheet to practice the mouth, and i had to practise every curve on the print out i took, one arsilly'ds sketch get the feel. Not to mention this was actually my second attempt to draw the character out. Yup the first one (practice one)was just a bit messy... Basically what is shown is the dragon is glowing in the summer shine!  the grass is mererly an excuse to not to draw the rest of the body cuz i have no idea how to.. lol The sketch is notactually how i wanted to draw. when i tried to draw according to my original idea, i failed miserably so i had to take this easier path! *the character is arsillyd's* Yup thats it *Shuts Up* |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
